Deposit is $250.00, our half day rentals (8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to midnight) are $350 and our full day rentals (8:00 am to midnight) are $600.00

Use of the patio is included in the rental - you can grill (you have to bring your own grill), set up for a ceremony, dance - the possibilities are endless!

Our kitchen is equiped with a double oven and electric stove top. You will need to bring your own pots, pans, serving utinsels, etc.

THe kitchen also has two microwaves and a refrigerator/freezer. We currently do not have an ice machine.

There is a closet where the tables and chairs are stored. We keep a diagram on the oors so that everything can be placed back correctly.
